Spa Etiquette:
To begin your spa experience, please arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to allow for paperwork and begin the relaxation process. As a courtesy to the next guest, should you arrive late, your appointment will end as originally scheduled. Gratuities are not included in the service fees and are at your discretion. |

Cancellation Policy:
A 24-hour cancellation notice is greatly appreciated. A credit card reservation is required for multiple services. If there is a last minute cancellation or no show, there will be a 50% cancellation/no show charge to your credit card.
